Great news for banking aspirants! Most awaited IBPS Clerk 2019 Notification has been released. Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the recruitment of 12,075 clerk posts. The candidates who want to apply for the examination can visit the official website of IBPS i.e., ibps.in. For 2019-2020 session, the vacancies will be filled through a common recruitment process. The process will include two phases: an online preliminary exam and an online main exam. The one who clear the preliminary exam will become eligible to appear in the main. Nineteen nationalized banks will participate in clerk recruitment, this year.

Online registration will begin on 17 September and the preliminary exam will be held in December 2019. The provisional allotment process is expected to be completed in April 2020. Here are the important dates, eligibility criteria and preparation strategy for IBPS Clerk 2019:

IBPS Clerk 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must fulfill the following two criteria to be eligible for the IBPS Clerk Exam 2019:
- Age limit:
The candidate must be 20 Years to 28 Years. He/she must have been born not earlier than 2 September 1989 and not later than 1 September 1997 (both dates inclusive).
- Education Qualification
The candidate must be graduated in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India.
Computer Literacy: Candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
IBPS Clerk 2019 Examination Pattern
The IBPS Clerk exam will be conducted in two stages of exam: Prelims and Mains. Both these stages follow online method of examination. The structure of the exam is as follow:

Preliminary Examination
The preliminary exam will be conducted online. There will be three section in total and the duration of the exam will be 1 hour. There will be total 100 questions with a penalty of 1/4 marks for each wrong answer. All questions will be MCQ types.
This exam will also be conducted in online mode. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours. The paper will include 200 questions of MCQ type of total 200 marks. There will be a penalty of 1/4 marks for each wrong answer.

Application Fees – The application fee is Rs 100 for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates and Rs 600 for all other candidates.
