CBSE Class 10 & 12 Datesheet 2020 Major update! Exam will start from 15 February – Check Details Here!

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) threw an interesting surprise for all students recently. The board has released its annual activity calendar giving tentative exam dates for CBSE Class 10 & 12 th Board Exam 2020. According to the calendar, the CBSE class 10th & class 12th board exam 2020 will begin from February 15 onwards and will be completed by the end of March. The activity calendar is a very useful document right now. Through it, CBSE tells about all its events from April 2019 to March 2020.

Exams for Major Subjects will start from February 2020

The board has also stated in its annual activity schedule that this time the main papers of Class 12 will begin from the month of February itself.

Here’s a section of Annual Activity Calendar of the CBSE board:
Board Exam 2020: The Board Examination, 2020 for Class X and XII shall commence from 15th of Feb onwards. This time the major papers of Class XII will also commence from Feb 2020.”

The board might have taken the decision following the Delhi High Court’s order in 2018 when the delay in result declaration had lead to many students losing out on the opportunity to apply for admissions. Following the concerns raised by the stakeholders and the court’s orders, CBSE has decided to commence the examinations earlier than the usual March 1 or 2 dates.
