Every year,
JEE Advanced, formerly known as IIT JEE, is held in two languages: English and
Hindi. It is an engineering entrance exam by which student opts to secure a
spot in one of the top IIT colleges in India. This year's exam will take place
on July 3rd, 2021.
So, with
little time, you must plan yourself to achieve a high score. Be aware of exam
pattern, marking scheme and preparation tips to attain success.
Plan a Time Table: It is strongly advised that all
students build an efficient study schedule with appropriate study materials. Segregate
your time wisely for all the 3 subjects. A perfect study material is the one
which contains short notes, practice questions, papers from past years and mock
test etc.
Exam Pattern: On a rotating basis, one of the seven
IITs will administer JEE Advanced. This year it will be conducted by IIT Kharagpur. The JEE Advanced
exam is divided into two parts: Paper 1 and Paper 2, each with three sections
for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Exam is conducted online with Multiple
Choice questions.
Prepare Subject-wise: All the three subjects are equally
important, prepare them well. Don’t miss out your NCERT Textbooks. You may use
HC Verma for Physics, MTG’s Objective
Mathematics and OP Tondon for Chemistry.
Keep a check on Previous Years
Papers: Practicing
questions and receiving the correct answer increases your morale and takes your
training to the next stage. We recommend MTG
JEE Advanced Explorer because it is the best book with chapter wise weight
age and 20 years of past papers for practice.
Solving
previous year papers will boost your exam readiness.
